Are you a skilled IAM Technical Business Analyst looking to drive high-impact Identity and Access Management solutions within a complex enterprise setting? We are seeking an experienced technical specialist to support the delivery of a critical IAM Program, focusing on identity lifecycle management, access management processes, authoritative source modelling, and Okta application onboarding. This long-term contract role offers an exceptional opportunity to translate complex business needs into seamless technical specs while collaborating with top-tier project teams.

What You Will Do:

n

Deliver identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, and Leaver) capabilities within the Okta platform.

n

Define and maintain authoritative identity sources and enterprise attribute mappings.

n

Translate complex business requirements into high-quality technical specifications and solution documentation.

n

Support enterprise application onboarding, user provisioning, and seamless integration with Okta.

n

Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, source system owners, and technical delivery teams to drive program outcomes.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

n





Demonstrated experience delivering Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions within complex enterprise environments.

n

Hands-on Okta administration or implementation experience, including application onboarding and lifecycle management.

n

Experience analysing and mapping Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes and identity data across enterprise source systems.

n

Strong knowledge of identity standards and protocols such as SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM (Okta Certification is highly desirable).

n

Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent).

n
