Ongoing project demand and repeat developer work have created the need for a Principal Civil Engineer to step in and lead from the front.

The Opportunity

- Lead and elevate an existing, high-performing land development team
n
- Work directly with first- and second-tier developers
n
- (private enterprise and government-led developments)
n
- Be involved from early design through to final approvals
n
- Operate in an environment where quality delivery leads to automatic project renewal

Your Background

n

n
- Principal-level civil engineer with deep land development / Greenfields experience
n
- Proven delivery of subdivision projects including:
n
- Residential, industrial, commercial, and parkland developments
n
- Earthworks, road design, drainage, flood analysis,



retaining structures
n
- Comfortable operating in developer-facing and approval-driven environments
n
- Background may come from a similar or adjacent consultancy - pedigree matters more than brand
n
