Duties will include, but not limited to:

n

n
- Assemble and build products and components using hand tools and standard work instructions
n
- Test and quality-check finished units, recording results and identifying faults
n
- Troubleshoot and rework products where required
n
- Prepare and stage components and sub-assemblies for production
n
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely in a workshop/production environment
n
- Assist with receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch of products
n
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records (ERP/system updates)
n
- Support stock control, stocktakes, and inventory organisation
n
- Identify and escalating quality, process,



or safety issues
n
- Maintain a clean, organised, and secure workspace
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
n

n

Skills/experience required:

n

n
- Background or interest in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, or hands-on technical work
n
- Experience in assembly, production, manufacturing, or workshop environments
n
- Comfortable using hand tools and working with small components
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
n
- Problem-solving mindset with an interest in building and fixing things
n
- Physically capable of manual handling tasks throughout the day
n
- Ability to work independently and remain focused on repetitive tasks
n
- Experience with warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing) is beneficial
n
- Forklift licence (LF) advantageous but not essential
n
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
n
