Job Description

The successful intern would get an exposure to the following duties:

- Prepare and maintain financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness
n
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts regularly
n
- Record day-to-day financial transactions in the accounting system
n
- Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) in a timely manner
n
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and tax regulations
n
- Assist with trust accounting for property management and sales systems, including receipting and reconciliations
n
- Support payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in deductions, payments, and reporting
n
- Provide administrative support such as filing, responding to inquiries, and general bookkeeping tasks.
