Receptionist/Shoe Fitting/Sales assistant

We are seeking a highly organised, friendly and patient oriented Receptionist/Shoe Fitting/Sales Assistant to join our team at the Active Foot Clinic in Wagga Wagga, NSW. As a full time team member, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for our patients and customers.

What you'll be doing

n

Providing excellent customer service and a friendly first point of contact for patients and customers, both in person and over the phone

n

Managing the clinic's reception area, including greeting visitors, handling appointment bookings, and coordinating patient flow

n

Assisting with shoe fittings and sales, ensuring customers find the right footwear to meet their needs

n

Performing administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and inventory management

n

Contributing to the overall smooth operation of the clinic by working as a cohesive administration team and supporting the clinical team as required

n

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a health/medical receptionist role

n





A genuine interest in footwear and a commitment to providing high-quality customer care

n

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure efficient, high functioning front end with the ability to engage with a diverse range of clients

n

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

n

Proficiency in using computer systems, practice and retail software

n
