Overview:
n Join a leading mobile plant organisation based in Brisbane, supporting the planning and coordination of personnel and equipment across client sites within the mining sector. You'll play a key role in workforce scheduling, mobilisation coordination, compliance management, and ensuring personnel remain site-ready for ongoing project requirements. Working closely with operations teams, employees, and external providers, you'll help keep projects running efficiently and safely.

- Previous experience in Workforce Scheduling, Mobilisation, Workforce Coordination, or a similar mining, construction, or industrial administration role
n
- Strong understanding of workforce mobilisation processes, including onboarding, medicals, inductions, and site access requirements
n
- Experience coordinating personnel schedules, workforce allocation, and travel requirements to meet operational demands
n
- Ability to maintain compliance records, licences, competencies, and training documentation across multiple systems
n
- High level of accuracy when managing employee records, reporting, and workforce tracking data
n
- Experience raising purchase orders and providing general administrative support within a fast-paced environment
n
- Ability to coordinate PPE requirements and support the timely distribution of equipment to personnel
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees, operational leaders, clients, and external providers
n
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while ensuring personnel remain site-ready and compliant
n
- $40 per hour with consistent rostered hours
