The Role

n

We're seeking a passionate Physiotherapist (new graduate or experienced) to deliver high-quality assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation across musculoskeletal and sports presentations. You'll have the tools, time, and support to do your best work - plus mentorship, CPD support, and a genuine pathway to grow with us.

What You'll Do

- Conduct thorough assessments and create individualised treatment plans.
n
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercise-based rehab using our on-site gym.
n
- Track outcomes and adjust programs using evidence-based measures.
n
- Build strong therapeutic relationships and deliver clear, motivating education.
n
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes and uphold best-practice standards.
n
- Contribute to a supportive, team-first culture and continuous improvement.

Requirements (What You'll Bring)

n

n
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility) and a Bachelor/Masters in Physiotherapy.
n
- Strong clinical reasoning with a patient-centred approach.
n
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
n
- Confidence with exercise prescription and progressive loading principles.
n
- Professional Indemnity/Public Liability insurance (or willingness to obtain).
n
- Current CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
n
- Right to work in Australia.
n

Nice to Have (Bonus Points)

n
- Interest or experience in MSK/sports, post-op rehab, or performance.
n
- Skills in Cupping, dry needling, or return-to-sport testing.
n
- Familiarity with Cliniko practice software and outcome measures.
