Casual shifts are offered based on operational needs and may include weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

About The Role

n

As a Casual Cleaning & Laundry Services Assistant, you'll be responsible for delivering both laundry and cleaning services to ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents, visitors and staff.

n

This Varied Role Includes

n

n




- Providing high-quality cleaning services throughout the home.
n
- Washing, drying, folding and distributing residents' personal laundry and linen.
n
- Maintaining infection prevention and hygiene standards.
n
- Safely handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
n
- Supporting a comfortable, clean and homelike environment for residents.
n
- Working collaboratively with the broader care and hospitality team.
n

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Experience or training in laundry operations or similar support services.
n
- Experience or training in cleaning operations or similar support services.Knowledge of infection prevention and safe chemical handling practices.
n
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
n
- Experience in residential aged care or a similar environment is highly regarded.
n
- Availability to work casual shifts across weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required.
n

To be considered for employment with Respect, all candidates must meet the legislative requirements of the Aged Care Worker Screening process to ensure suitability to work in the aged care industry.
