Base pay range

A$150,000.00/yr - A$230,000.00/yr

- Full-service law firm, decades of successful operation

- This role will have you acting for significant Victorian developers on large scale property developments
n
- This is a fairly autonomous role, with plenty of support where required
n

This is an opportunity to join a fantastic mid-sized CBD firm with a proven track record for excellence in general commercial property and property development law. Working alongside recognised and awarded Property Law experts, this role will see you working on the full gamut of commercial property matters.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and options for purchase of land, including conducting due diligence.
n




- Handling planning matters at VCAT.
n
- Providing structuring advice and preparing and reviewing joint ventures, partnerships, shareholder, and unit holder agreements.
n
- Working on leasing agreements and licences of common property.
n
- Preparation and review of agreements and structuring development opportunities.
n
