Role Overview
n
n
- Provide product consultative services to Occupational Therapists and NDIS customers for scripted, powered wheelchairs.
n
- Covering the West Melbourne territory.
n
- Enjoy developing long‐term relationships with OTs.
n
- Provide product demonstrations, trials and consultations to Occupational Therapists, with the NDIS customer in mind.
n
- Attend the local office 1–2 times per week for meetings and product pickups. The rest of the time, you will be field‐based in the community.
n

Skills & Experience:
n
n
- Experience with scripted, powered wheelchairs, either from a Clinical, Sales or Service Tech role.
n
- This role can be opened up for an Occupational Therapist with equipment prescribing experience.
n
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to engage with Occupational Therapists and NDIS participants in the community.
n
- A genuine passion for helping people and working in the complex rehabilitation sector.
n
- Ability to retain technical information and manage complex clinical cases.
n
- Solid problem‐solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
n
