PILATES INSTRUCTORS WANTED- STRONG Pilates

We're looking for high-energy, detail-driven STRONG Instructors to join our growing team across Sunbury, Maribyrnong, and Caroline Springs.

At STRONG, we deliver low-impact, high-intensity training experiences that challenge, connect, and transform. Our instructors lead with presence, precision, and purpose, creating sessions that are as effective as they are energising.

And at least one of the following:

n

- Certificate III & IV in Fitness
n
- Pilates teaching certificate
n
- Lagree training certificate
n
- Certificate III & IV in Dance
n
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Exercise Science, Sport Science, or a related field
n

Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months teaching experience (group fitness or Pilates)

n

MUST be available in August for STRONG Academy (21st-23rd & 28th-30th)

n

Work rotating weekends and flexible cover shifts as required (including 5am starts) Bring confidence, a welcoming personality, and solid attention to form and technique.

Create an inclusive, high-energy environment that motivates every client

Deliver coaching that is clear, precise, and aligned with STRONG Academy standards Represent STRONG with professionalism, pride, and consistency both in and out of the studio

Support the continued growth of the STRONG community and studio culture
