About The Role

n

We are looking for a Senior DevOps / Cloud & Security Engineerto take ownership of our cloud platform, CI/CD pipelines, and security posture. This is a hands‐on, senior rolewhere you'll design, build, and operate reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure that supports a modern, data‐heavy SaaS platform.

You'll work closely with engineering, data, and product teams to improve reliability, performance, cost‐efficiency, and developer experience—while ensuring security and compliance are built in by design.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Design, build, and operate secure, scalable Azure infrastructure
n
- Own and improve CI/CD pipelinesand release processes using Azure DevOps
n
- Drive infrastructure as codeand environment automation
n
- Implement and enforce DevSecOps best practices
n
- Improve observability, reliability, and cost optimisation
n
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
n
- Support ML, Databricks, and Elasticsearchworkloads in production
n
- Partner closely with engineers to enable fast, safe delivery
n

What We're Looking For

n

n




- 5+ years' experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Platform Engineering
n
- Strong hands‐on experience with Microsoft Azure
n
- Experience with Terraform, Bicep, ARM, or similar IaC tools
n
- Strong CI/CD experience (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar)
n
- Solid understanding of security by design(IAM, Key Vault, networking, zero‐trust)
n
- Experience operating production SaaS platforms
n
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non‐technical stakeholders
n

- Experience supporting ML / AI workloads, Databricks, or MLOps pipelines
n
- Elasticsearch cluster management and performance tuningExposure to AI Ops or data‐heavy platforms
n
