We are seeking trade‐qualified C8 Mechanical Fitters for multiple opportunities across Melbourne. A wide range of casual, permanent and contract roles are available, with day, afternoon, night shift and weekend work on offer.

Key Requirements

n

n
- Trade Qualification – Mechanical Fitter (C8 classification)
n
- Robust maintenance experience across production plant and high-speed machinery
n
- Proven capability in breakdowns, fault‐finding, and preventative maintenance
n




- Previous industrial experience within manufacturing environmentsUnderstanding of Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing principles
n
- Analytical and methodical approach to problem‐solving
n
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
n
- Proactive mindset with the ability to contribute effectively within a team
n
- Effective communication skills
n
- Computer literacy, including experience with CMMS software
n

- Day Shift: C8 rate $66.75 per hour + super

- Daily travel allowance: $28 per shift
