Our client is a high-growth, market-leading supplement retailer with a large international footprint and a strong multi-brand e-commerce presence. With an extensive global store network and significant daily parcel volume, their logistics function plays a critical role in supporting continued expansion particularly across B2C fulfilment, which represents the majority of outbound freight.

They are now seeking a Freight & Logistics Coordinator to take ownership of this function and drive performance, cost efficiency, and operational excellence across their supply chain.

The Opportunity
n
Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, this is a hands‐on, commercially focused role responsible for managing inbound and outbound freight across multiple international markets. With a primary focus on B2C parcel delivery, you'll oversee day‐to‐day carrier performance, manage key logistics partners, and optimise cost and service outcomes across e‐commerce and retail channels. You'll also play a key role in inbound freight coordination, international logistics, and 3PL management. Key Responsibilities

B2C Freight Operations
n
n
- Manage daily parcel operations across multiple carriers and shipping platforms
n
- Audit freight invoices against contracted rates and resolve discrepancies
n
- Track and report on performance metrics including cost, delivery times, and SLA adherence
n
- Drive carrier accountability and optimise routing and allocation
n
- Lead cost reduction initiatives and improve packaging efficiencies
n
- Manage claims, disputes, and peak period logistics planning
n
n
Inbound Freight & Imports
n
n
- Coordinate international shipments, supplier timelines, and documentation
n
- Oversee customs clearance, compliance, and import processes
n
n
3PL & Platform Management
n
n
- Manage relationships with logistics platforms and regional 3PL partners
n
- Ensure service levels are maintained across international operations
n
- Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse activity
n
n
Strategy & Continuous Improvement
n
n
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
n
- Develop and maintain logistics reporting dashboards
n
- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation
n
n

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics or freight coordination Solid analytical and problem‐solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Full working rights in Australia
