Job Description

seek.com.au is seeking a part time receptionist for a medical facility near Moonee Ponds station. You will answer phones, take appointments, welcome patients for in-person or video telehealth, and perform audio typing of dictated reports.

You must type at least 70 wpm, be fluent in spoken and written English, and comfortable with Windows, Word, email, and Zoom. The role involves filing, scanning, basic billing, and maintaining tidy consulting rooms.
