About the role:

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for site inspections, project management and coordination of multiple sites; organising and running trades, contractors and employees while ensuring quality and safety requirements are met.

n

Your area would be Northside Brisbane.

n

This role offers an prospect to blend technical expertise with leadership, refining processes, and collaborating closely with operations and project teams to turn opportunities into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Site inspections preparing ready for certification process
n
- Ordering materials
n
- Organising/programming employees & trades to complete works
n
- Site health & safety
n
- Quality control
n
- Problem solving to ensure customer satisfaction
n
- Liaise with admin staff and Managing Director
n

n

About You:

n

You will have an enthusiastic, customer focused and process driven approach with the proven ability to provide results in the construction industry. You will need to enjoy the challenge of a fast paced, multi-project environment.

n

Worked in the Patio & Carport industry (preferred but not essential)

n





Ability to manage multiple jobs from Council to Implementation

n

Ability and desire to be part of a small, dynamic team

n

Building trade / Construction qualifications

n

Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction

n

High level attention to detail

n

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

n

Ability to forward plan work and prioritise tasks

n

Ability and flexibility to adapt to changing demands

n

Qualifications Required:

n

Construction White Card

n

Safe working at heights accreditation (preferred but not essential)

n

Drivers licence

n

Experience in Residential & Commercial job sites

n
