Your impact

As Centre Manager,



you'll lead every aspect of the service while creating an environment where:

Your role will include:

- Leading the day-to-day operations of the service
n
- Coaching and developing a passionate team of educators
n
- Embedding the EYLF and National Quality Standards into everyday practice
n
- Driving occupancy, compliance and operational excellence
n
- Building meaningful relationships with families and the local community
n
- Managing budgets, rosters and centre performance
n
- Championing a culture of continuous improvement
n

About you

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
n
- 2-3 years' experience leading an early learning service
n
- A solid understanding of the National Quality Framework
n
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills
n
- A collaborative leadership style
n
- A genuine passion for developing people and delivering quality outcomes
