Job Description

Bendigo Golf Club is looking for a Pro Shop / Golf Operations Attendant to join our team on a casual or part-time basis. This role is the first point of contact for our members and visitors, and covers pro shop service, golfer check-in, cart hire, competition support and general golf operations.

About the role

n

You'll greet members and guests, process pro shop sales, manage cart hire and competition check-in, and help keep the pro shop, cart area and shared Club spaces clean and well presented. Some shifts include basic food and beverage service, so a current RSA is required. Weekend and public holiday availability is essential, as this is when the Club is busiest.

Day to day, you will:

- Serve members and visitors at the pro shop counter and process sales through POS
n
- Check golfers in, manage bookings and support competition entry
n
- Allocate and check golf carts before and after use
n
- Restock and maintain the pro shop, fridges and shared areas
n




- Assist with basic food and beverage service where required
n
- Follow Club procedures for cash handling, RSA and food safety
n
- Report hazards, maintenance issues and stock shortages
n

About you

n

n
- Current RSA certificate, with evidence you can provide to the Club
n
- Comfortable handling cash, card and POS transactions
n
- Friendly, reliable and happy working weekends and public holidays
n
- Some hospitality, retail or customer service experience preferred
n
- Golf knowledge is a bonus but not essential, we'll train you on the course-specific detail
n
