The role involves...

n

Customer service: in-person, phone calls, text messages and emails

n

Assisting patients pre and post treatment

n

Managing bookings and payments

n

Extensive use of Microsoft Office including specialist dental applications

n

Balancing admin tasks with customer service

n

Accuracy and attention to detail

n

Transparent, kind, respectful communication with patients and colleagues at all times

n

SmileWorks Dental Doreen is open during the following hours:

n

Monday & Tuesday: 8:30am – 8:00pm

n

Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

n





Saturday: 7:30am – 1:00pm

n

This is a full-time role, and we're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a dynamic practice. Availability to work at least one late night per week and one Saturday shift every 4 weeks is required, helping us provide great care to our patients when they need it most.
