An innovative Federal Government Agency is looking to engage an experienced Logistics, Assets and Procurement Coordinator to provide end-to-end logistics, procurement and asset management support within a secure and high-tempo operational environment. The successful candidate will support equipment procurement, asset management, deployment planning, travel coordination and stakeholder engagement across government and private-sector partners. The role will be offered as an initial 12 month contract with a 12 month extension option, based in Barton, ACT.

The Logistics, Assets and Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for but not limited to;

n

n
- Coordinating operational deployments, logistics activities and travel administration
n
- Managing end-to-end procurement activities, contracts and supplier relationships
n
- Identifying and mitigating procurement, logistics, supply-chain and operational delivery risks
n




- Maintaining accurate asset registers and coordinating regular stocktakes
n
- Supporting budget management, financial forecasting and procurement planning
n

n

The Logistics, Assets and Procurement Coordinator will have experience in the following:

n

n
- Demonstrated experience with SAP or equivalent enterprise systems
n
- Experience across logistics, asset management, procurement and operational support
n
- Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate supply-chain, logistics and procurement risks
n
- Experience supporting secure, technical, international or complex operational environments
n
- Experience with dangerous goods or regulated operational environments will be highly regarded
n
