About the Role

n

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsperson to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled skilled to contribute to a range of residential and/or commercial projects while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

n

- Prepare accurate architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details
n
- Translate design concepts into technical documentation using CAD software
n
- Assist in the preparation of Development Applications (DA) and Construction Documentation (CD)
n
- Ensure all drawings comply with the National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant Australian Standards
n
- Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants,



and builders to coordinate project requirements
n
- Review and update drawings in line with project changes and feedback
n
- Conduct site measurements and integrate findings into drawings
n
- Maintain document control and drawing registers
n
- Support project delivery within deadlines and quality expectations
n
- Identify and resolve drafting and design issues proactively
n

Skills & Qualifications

n

n
- Qualification in Architectural Drafting, Building Design, or a related field
n
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software
n
- Sound understanding of Australian building codes and regulations (or willingness to learn)
n
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
n
- Applicants must meet the relevant skills, qualifications, and English language requirements
n
- Prior experience in architectural drafting is essential.
n
