We are seeking a motivated and reliable Qualified Turf Groundsperson to join our Course Management team. This role is ideal for a turf professional who is looking to continue developing their skills while working alongside an experienced and supportive team in a premium sporting environment.

About the Role

n

Reporting to the Course Superintendent and Assistant Course Superintendent, you will assist in maintaining the golf course to a high standard through quality turf care practices, attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Maintaining premium turf surfaces including greens, tees, fairways, surrounds, roughs and practice areas.
n
- Assisting with daily course preparation and presentation.
n




- Operating and maintaining a variety of turf maintenance machinery and equipment.
n
- Assisting with turf renovation activities including aeration, scarifying, dethatching and topdressing
n
- Completing machinery inspections, cleaning and reporting faults.
n
- Following all Workplace Health and Safety procedures and contributing to a positive team culture.
n

About You

n

You will be a dedicated turf professional who takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys working outdoors.

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Certificate III in Sports Turf Management (or equivalent).
n
- Experience operating turf machinery and equipment.
n
- A positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
n
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
n
- Availability to work a roster that includes weekends, public holidays and occasional overtime as required.
n
- Current Driver's License.
n
