Your Role

n

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service while driving sales growth.

n

You'll be responsible for:

n

- Providing expert advice on tyres, wheels and automotive services
n
- Identifying customer needs and recommending tailored solutions
n




- Building strong customer relationships that generate repeat business
n
- Achieving individual and team sales targets
n
- Preparing accurate quotes and managing customer enquiries
n
- Working closely with our workshop team to deliver a seamless customer experience
n
- Continuously developing your product knowledge and sales expertise
n

About You

n

You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and has the confidence to turn conversations into sales.

We're looking for someone with:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in automotive, tyre or retail sales
n
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
n
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
n
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
n
- A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
n
- A current Australian Driver's Licence
n
