Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Create a memorable customer experience by following orders through from point of sale, across departments, ensuring products are delivered in full and on time
n
- Process internal sales orders efficiently and accurately
n




- Support the sales team and dealers with order, stock, and delivery updates
n
- Assist walk-in customers with over-the-counter sales
n
- Build and maintain up-to-date product knowledge
n
- Prepare quotes and manage data entry in the ERP system
n

What You'll Bring

- Knowledge of offroad and/or 4x4 accessories (highly regarded)
n
- Sales experience or a strong understanding of sales practices
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- A confident, outgoing, and professional manner
n
- Strong organisational and planning skills
n
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems (highly regarded)
