Timberfix (TFX) is one of Australia's fastest-growing construction supply businesses, servicing the commercial construction, infrastructure and industrial sectors.

With our Queensland branch experiencing rapid growth, we're looking for a proactive and organised Branch Operations Coordinator to become the operational heartbeat of our Queensland team.

n

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with our Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing and Logistics teams to ensure our customers receive outstanding service while helping build a successful branch from the ground up.

About the Role

n

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our Queensland branch.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

Processing customer orders and preparing quotations

n

Coordinating deliveries and daily driver schedules

n

Purchasing products and sourcing items from local suppliers

n

Assisting with order fulfilment and inventory requirements

n

Providing outstanding customer service and sales support

n

General office administration and branch coordination

n

Working closely with our sales,



warehouse and purchasing teams

n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

n

Ideally you'll have:

n

Previous experience in administration, customer service or operations

n

Excellent organisational and communication skills

n

Strong attention to detail

n

The ability to manage multiple priorities

n

Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems

n

Experience within construction, industrial or trade supply is highly regarded but not essential.
