Physiotherapist (Full-Time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at Kogarah Physiotherapy & Sports Clinic. This is a full-time role offering a diverse caseload, clinical mentoring, and opportunities to further develop your skills in musculoskeletal, sports and orthopaedic physiotherapy.

As one of the longest-standing clinics in Kogarah, we work closely with GPs, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Sports Physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, patient-centred care.

Our clinic features a fully equipped rehabilitation gym located in The White Church opposite St George Public Hospital. Facilities include a cable machine, free weights, smith machine, functional training equipment, VALD force plates, force frame & handheld dynamometry , allowing you to combine hands-on physiotherapy with objective rehabilitation and performance testing!

What you'll be doing

- Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualised treatment plans
- Managing a varied caseload including musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and workplace injuries
- Delivering evidence-based physiotherapy treatment including manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation and patient education
- Collaborating with the wider healthcare team to provide holistic, patient-centred care
- Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and professional communication with referrers
- Working with Shoulder Specialist for pre and post operative clinics

What we're looking for

- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Private practice experience. minimum 1 year.




- Genuine interest in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic physiotherapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to learn, ask questions and grow clinically
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
- Openness to working with a variety of referral streams including private patients, workers compensation, motor vehicle accidents, sporting injuries and GP management plans
