Gutter Cleaning Technician / Experienced Roof Worker

Established in 2010, Gutters Uncluttered is a respected Mornington Peninsula company delivering high-standard gutter cleaning and solar panel cleaning services. We're looking for an experienced roof worker to join our professional, safety-first team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who values consistent hours, minimal travel, competitive pay, and working with a supportive crew on mostly residential properties (with some school, childcare, and in-home care clients).

About the Role

n

You'll perform professional gutter cleaning using powerful ute-mounted vacuum systems, ladders, and safe roof access methods. The role includes daily driving of company utes, on-site customer service, safety assessments, and leaving every property spotless. You will use ServiceM8 software to complete safety check-ins, record job times, capture quality before-and-after photos, and communicate with the team and office.

Our work is mostly residential, with some commercial clients including schools, childcare centres, and in-home care properties.

Who We're Looking For

n

Hands-on experience working on roofs (roof tiling or metal roofing highly preferred)

n

Confidence working safely at heights

n

Full driver's licence with a safe driving record

n

Physically fit, honest,



reliable, and detail-oriented

n

Positive attitude with a strong commitment to safety and quality

n

Willingness to provide a current Police Check and obtain a Working with Children Check (if not already held)

n

We provide full training on our equipment, ServiceM8 software, and company procedures.

Competitive pay: $36 - $44 per hour, (full time) or up to $55 per hour as a Casual - depending on skillset and experience, + Superannuation & Bonus'
