Job Description

We are a well-established food manufacturing business in operation for over 25 years, specialising in meat products for the pizza industry. We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Food Process Worker to join our production team.

This is a casual position with consistent hours with the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Assist in the production of meat products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
n
- Operate machinery, including loading and unloading equipment
n
- Accurately follow recipes and measure ingredients
n
- Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting between 20kg–27kg
n
- Work in refrigerated environments handling both fresh and frozen meat products
n
- Adhere to HACCP guidelines, including monitoring Critical Control Points, temperature checks, and cleaning procedures
n

Work Schedule

- Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm
n
- Regular overtime available
n

n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience in food manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
n
- Robust attention to detail and ability to follow processes
n
- Good communication skills
n
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
n
- Confident, reliable, and well-presented
n

n
