Job Description

We are seeking an Order Fulfilment Coordinator to join the Love Tea team in South Geelong, Victoria.

You will be responsible for the processing and fulfilment of customer orders. You will ensure orders are picked accurately, packed and presented in brand alignment and dispatched efficiently.

This is a full-time position (38hrs), based on-site in our South Geelong warehouse. We are open to discussing a four-day work week for the right application.

Key responsibilities

n

Accurately pick & pack eCommerce orders, ensuring they are presented in brand alignment and packed securely for transport.

n

Accurately pick & pack wholesale and distributor orders, including assembling of pallet orders.

n

Ensure all orders both wholesale and ecommerce are dispatched in timely manner, and within company KPIs.

n

Support in processing inbound ecommerce orders via phone, web, email in a professional and effective manner, when required.

n

Provide guidance and coordination to supporting casual staff members during busy times.

n

Provide friendly and helpful customer experiences in line with the brands values, across all communication channels (phone, email, in-person)

Maintain the warehouse and fulfilment area, ensuring the workspace is safe, tidy and clean.

n

Ensure that finished goods are picked following FIFO batch.

n

Ensure the pick face is maintained and restocked, following FIFO batch. Communicate with forklift drivers for any stock requirements.

Attention to detail. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.

n

Time management and organisation. Ensure a high level of organisation and prioritisation to ensure the most important tasks are being achieved.

Communication. The ability to communicate in a calm, clear and concise manner both internally and externally.

Customer service focused. Committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face.
