Reporting to the Site Foreman, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of high-rise residential apartment projects, coordinating trades, maintaining quality standards and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and on programme.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Assist in the day‐to‐day management of site operations.




n
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors in line with the construction programme.
n
- Ensure project milestones and programme targets are achieved.
n
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety and compliance across site.
n
- Coordinate site logistics, deliveries and material management.
n
- Conduct pre‐start meetings and toolbox talks.
n
- Work closely with the Foreman and wider site team to ensure effective project delivery.
n

About You

n

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

n

n
- Experience working on Class 2 residential apartment projects.
n
- Previous experience with a head contractor or principal contractor on projects valued at $50 million or more.
n
- Experience in one or more of the following disciplines:n n
- Structure
n
- Façade
n
- Fit‐out and finishes
n

n
- High‐rise residential experience is highly regarded
n
- A strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
n
- A trade background in Carpentry or qualifications in Construction Management.
n
- Sound knowledge of WHS/OHS legislation and site safety practices.
n
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
n
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to the wider project team.
