Job Description

BUSY At Work in Queensland seeks a dedicated Mentor for the Workforce Australia GEN Contract, based at Browns Plains. Provide pre-employment support, conduct assessments, identify barriers and help customers move into sustainable employment or education.

You will refer participants to our Recruitment Partner, assist with job search activities, interview coaching, budgeting and resume preparation, and run self-guided community workshops to empower clients.
