About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in keeping the clinic running smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service.

Flexibility to cover additional shifts for staff leave is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Welcoming patients and providing exceptional front desk service
n




- Managing bookings and responding to patient enquiries
n
- Processing payments and balancing daily transactions
n
- Maintaining a clean and organised clinic environment
n
- Assisting with general administration and accounts processingSupporting clinicians and assisting with daily clinic operations
n
- Laundering treatment towels and restocking rooms
n

About You

n

n
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- Reliable with excellent attention to detail
n
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
n
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
n
- Previous reception or healthcare administration experience is desirable but not essential
n
- Experience with practice management software is an advantage
n
