Job Description

Christian Louboutin is seeking an experienced Omnichannel Manager for our Sydney CBD head office. You will centralise our digital business, align e-commerce with third-party concessions and in-store retail, and lead a small team responsible for customer calls, emails, NPS, special orders, and care and repair.

Reporting to the Retail Director in Sydney and the Chief Omnichannel Officer in Paris, you will own cross-channel sales performance, P&L;, and partner relationships, leveraging platforms
