Job Description
Eventscape is one of Australia's most reputable and well-established conference and event management companies. We are looking for an experienced Travel Manager to join our team here in Sydney on a 3-month basis. Reporting to the Event Manager and Director you will play a key role in facilitating travel operations for a major reward and recognition event in late 2026.

Job Function
n
Domestic travel management, specifically, group travel and extension travel arrangements including flights and accommodation.
n
Duties & Responsibilities
n
n
- Book delegate and partner group travel and extension travel itineraries. Including (but not limited to):
n
- Database management utilizing the "STOVA" & "EventsAir" software system including data entry of flights, accommodation and activities with 100% accuracy.
n
- Liaison with major domestic airline GSO portals including Virgin, Jetstar and Qantas.
n
- Liaison with hotels, airlines and associated suppliers.
n
- Coordinate end to end group reservations (ie. Accommodation and flights) with 100% accuracy.
n
- Management of the airline ticketing process for group movements including other travel documentation with 100% accuracy.
n
- Manage accurate cost allocation and payment data.
n
- Provide qualified travel advice to delegates looking to extend beyond event dates.
n
- Preparation, timely dispatch and quality control of e-tickets.
n
- Ensure delivery of relevant reports to hotels, airlines and operations team.
n
- Maintain accurate filing systems for all projects.
n
- Maintain exceptional standards of customer service.
n
- Administrative office duties pertaining to travel bookings.
n
- Represent Eventscape in an exemplary manner.
n
- Adhere to standard office standards.

Skills & Experience
n
n
- Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in Group Travel
n
- Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel proficiency
n
- Experience in working with STOVA and Events Air management systems.
n
- Amadeus GDS experience preferred.
n
- Experience with any Global Distribution System (GDS) including Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is acceptable.
n
- Understanding of domestic travel practices, i.e. Airline ticketing and schedules
n
- Experience with Groups departments and GSO portals of major domestic airlines (ie Qantas, Virgin, Jetstar) and their relevant travel booking systems.
n
