Verve Partners is working with a well-established commercial construction business with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across NSW. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of an upcoming commercial fit-out project.

The Role
n As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful day-to-day delivery of a commercial construction project, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Coordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers on site.
n
- Managing daily site operations, labour, materials and plant.
n
- Building strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders.
n




- Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
n
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, quality and safety.
n
- Liaising with clients throughout project delivery.
n
- Ensuring compliance with all WHS legislation and company procedures.
n
- Mentoring and supporting junior site personnel.
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- 3+ years' experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects.
n
- Experience managing commercial new build and/or fit-out projects.
n
- A trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related discipline.
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
n
- A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent organisational skills.
n
- A commitment to delivering projects safely and to a high standard.
n
