Job Description

The Pickled Pig Butchery in Weston, NSW is seeking an experienced qualified butcher to join our brand-new store. You will handle all aspects of retail butchery, including cutting, preparation, display, and food safety, in a modern, fast-paced setting.

This permanent full-time role offers above award pay of 35–40 AUD per hour, a 4-day work week (40 hours), and long-term career opportunities within a friendly, supportive team.
