At Heinemann, we are looking for two exceptional full-time Brand Ambassadors to join our duty-free team representing Givenchy at Sydney International Airport.

Today we supply an ever-expanding Duty-Free range of global branded goods to international airports, airlines, cruise liners and border shops in 100-plus countries.

As a Brand Ambassador you will

n

n
- Maximize sales opportunities and demonstrate customer excellence
n
- Creating a tailor-made customer experience, build rapport with customers, taking time to listen and understand what they are looking for with the aim of providing recommendations that suit their needs
n
- Deliver a high level of customer service through exceptional communication, product knowledge and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet a customer's needs
n
- Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and proactively seek further information on new products and market trends
n
- Ensure products and promotions are transacted to maintain stock and data integrity
n
- Efficiently and smartly transacts, ensuring customers are well informed of their outgoing/incoming purchase limits
n

What you should bring along

- Previous experience within hair care, body care, fragrance and home categories
n
- Immaculate personal presentation
n
- Multi-lingual advantageous, but not essential
n
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
- Full right to work in Australia
