We are now looking to expand our bench with a senior lawyer to support a leading international transport operator with expertise in railway development, project delivery, and public transport operations.

As a senior lawyer, you will need to:

- Provide practical legal advice on commercial, operational, regulatory, and governance matters.
n
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial, procurement, construction, and service agreements.
n
- Support major infrastructure and rail projects, including contract management, claims,



and risk mitigation.
n
- Advise on compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
n
- Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to identify and manage legal and commercial risks.
n
- Deliver transparent, commercially focused guidance to support business objectives and decision-making.
