We are currently recruiting for a Design Architect with a special expertise and eye in creative design phases to join a Tier 1, Internationally recognised Architecture & Interior Design practice based in Sydney.

Due to continued growth and an exciting pipeline of projects, our client requires a skilled Design Architect with strong front-end design capabilities and proven multi-residential experience to join their team.

About the role

Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship is required

A minimum of 4-7years of local experience is required

ArchiCAD or Revit experience is desired

In the role of a Design Architect, youwill be part of the following tasks

n

n
- Contribute to the conceptualisation and development of design schemes for multi-residential projects
n
- Work collaboratively with project teams to deliver exceptional design outcomes
n
- Prepare and present design concepts forclients and stakeholders
n
- Develop detailed design documentation and specifications
n
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure design integrity throughout project delivery
n
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive studio culture
n
- Stay current with industry trends, building codes and sustainability practices
n

n

In the role of a Design Architect, we require you to have the following experience

n

n
- Master of Architecture qualification
n
- Current local experience working on multi-residential projects in Sydney
n
- Strong front-end design capabilities
n
- Experience across design phases (concept through to documentation)
n
- Full working rights in Australia (Citizenship or PR)
n
- Currently residing in Sydney
n

n

Please note: All applicants must have current local experience working for an Australian practice with experience in Class 2 buildings. You must also hold full working rights in Australia.
