About Us

We are a modern, rapidly growing dental clinic located at 4152 Brisbane. With advanced equipment, strong patient demand, and a supportive leadership team, we are now searching for an Experienced Dental Practice Manager who can take charge of the practice as the sole operations leader.

What You Will Be Responsible For

n

n
- Full operational of the practice
n
- Leading and empowering reception and clinical staff
n
- Overseeing rosters, HR, payroll coordination, and team performance
n




- Ensuring smooth daily workflow and premium patient experience
n
- Managing billing, reporting, accounts, and KPI performance
n
- Coordinating marketing, promotions, and community engagement
n
- Maintaining compliance with all QLD health and dental regulations
n

What We Are Looking For

- Minimum 1 years of dental practice management experience
n
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
n
- High level of organisation and problem-solving skills
n
- Ability to work on Saturdays (preferred and highly regarded)
n
- Someone who thrives under pressure and can multitask confidently
n
- A qualified and patient-focused approach
n
- Proficiency with dental software (Praktika preferred)
n
- A proactive, responsible individual who wants long-term career stability
