SLR Transport is seeking reliable and safety-focused Heavy Rigid (HR) Truck Drivers to join our growing Brisbane operations. As a trusted transport provider, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and compliance.

This role is ideal for experienced HR drivers who enjoy being on the road, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Safely operate Heavy Rigid vehicles in accordance with Australian road laws and company policies.
n
- Complete scheduled deliveries and collections accurately and on time.
n
- Load and unload freight using safe manual handling techniques.
n
- Conduct daily pre-start and post-trip vehicle inspections.
n
- Report vehicle defects, incidents, or safety concerns promptly.
n
- Maintain accurate delivery records and electronic documentation.
n
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every delivery location.
n
- Comply with fatigue management,



Chain of Responsibility (CoR), and all transport regulations.
n
- Keep vehicles clean, presentable, and roadworthy.
n

About You

- Current Australian HR Driver Licence.
n
- Clean driving record with a strong commitment to road safety.
n
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
n
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
n
- Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and varying start times when required.
