What You'll Be Doing:

n

n
- Measuring large-scale commercial projects
n
- Preparing accurate Bills of Quantities
n
- Reviewing drawings, finishes schedules, specifications and tender documentation
n
- Using Bluebeam Revu for detailed measurements
n
- Managing addendums, variations and scope changes
n
- Liaising with builders, clients and internal teams
n
- Raising RFIs and assisting with tender submissions
n
- Supporting multiple projects across a dynamic national business
n
- Updating project information within our CRM systems
n
- Any other duties as directed by your Supervisor
n

What We Are Looking for:

n

n
- Minimum 3 years' experience in estimating or a similar role
n
- Strong understanding of commercial construction documentation
n
- Ability to interpret drawings, scopes, finishes and specifications accurately
n




- Experience using estimating software Bluebeam Rev
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
n
- Team-focused attitude with a willingness to support others
n
- Painting or construction industry experience highly regarded
n
