Job Description

Tilley & Wills Hotel Group is looking for dedicated Chefs of all levels to help with the development and operation of their latest venue in Adelaide, the Kent Town Hotel.

We are looking for individuals focused on meticulous food preparation and presentation coupled with the ability to work well with in the team.

n

As an experienced Chef, you will need to rotate within sections, and delegate duties and responsibilities to kitchen employees, to ensure service standards and demands are meet.

n

The right applicants will also need to be able to demonstrate and possess the following:

- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
n
- Have a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to motivate the team around them.
n
- Trade certificate.
n




- Excellent attention to detail.
n
- A genuine passion for service standards.
n
- Strong hygiene and system/procedure focus.
n
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and strong communication skills.
n
- The ability to work individually and in a team environment.
n
- Great Organisational skills.
n
