Role Overview
n As Site Supervisor, you'll oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades, ensure compliance with safety and building standards, and maintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and the project team.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage and supervise all on-site activities from start to finish
n
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet project timelines
n
- Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with building codes and company standards
n
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks,



and enforce WHS protocols
n
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain transparency
n
- Track progress against programme and report regularly to the Project Manager
n

Requirements

n

n
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction (minimum 4 years)
n
- Robust knowledge of NSW building codes, WHS regulations, and construction processes
n
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
n
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and programmes
n
- Ability to use construction management software(On site companion)
n
- Current White Card and valid driver's licence
n
