At CMTP, we're one of Australia's leading timber and packaging manufacturers with over 50 years of stability. We're looking for a hands‐on Team Leader to lead a team of approximately 10 people while working alongside them on the production floor at our up-to-date Dandenong South site.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Working alongside and developing your team in a hands‐on production environment
n
- Operating timber manufacturing machinery, assembly work and automated robots
n
- Monitoring production, quality and safety standards
n
- Coaching team members and driving continuous improvement
n
- Operating a forklift (desirable)
n

n

You'll have:

n

n




- Experience or the desire to step up into leading a team in a timber production environment
n
- A hands‐on leadership style and a strong work ethic
n
- Confidence operating power tools and machinery
n
- A commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
n
- A Forklift Licence (LF)
n
