Bentley's Cafe is on the lookout for a talented Experienced Barista to join our dynamic team. We're a locally loved café with a loyal following, known for our quality coffee, friendly vibes, and fresh new approach to the Southport café scene. PLease note, you must be an Australian citizen to apply.

We're looking for someone who:

n

n
- Has plenty of barista experience (you know your way around specialty coffee and can handle a busy coffee rush)
n
- Is confident preparing light meals (simple breakfast & lunch menu)
n
- Has a bright, energetic personality and great customer service skills
n
- Takes pride in maintaining a clean and organised café,



happy to pitch in with cleaning tasks as part of the role
n
- Loves working in a team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers
n
- Is reliable, motivated and genuinely passionate about coffee and café culture
n
- Has completed a food safety training course
n
