An chance has become available for an experienced Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, SBSP or Psychologist to step into a Clinical Lead role within a well-established, values-led allied health organisation based in Cairns.

This position offers the chance to take on meaningful leadership responsibilities while maintaining a hands‐on clinical focus. You'll guide and mentor a team of passionate allied health professionals, contribute to service development, and play a key role in driving quality outcomes for clients.

About you:

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
n
- Current or eligible AHPRA registration
n
- Demonstrated experience providing clinical supervision or mentoring

- Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills

- Passionate about high‐quality client care and supporting team development
