We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Clinical Educator to join our healthcare team in a vibrant community in Victoria's West. In this full-time role, you will lead the development, coordination, and delivery of clinical education programs, fostering excellence in patient care and supporting our clinical staff to thrive.

IMPORTANT LOCATION NOTE:

This position is located in a beautiful community in Victoria's West, approximately 4 hours' drive from Melbourne. This position is NOT commutable from Melbourne. Please only apply if you are genuinely open to relocating to the region.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Design, deliver, and evaluate evidence-based clinical education programs for clinical staff.
n
- Provide clinical preceptorship, mentoring, and orientation for new staff and clinical teams.
n
- Assess clinical competencies and ensure alignment with national healthcare standards and best practice guidelines.
n
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, continuous quality improvement, and patient-centered care.
n
- Work collaboratively with nurse managers and multidisciplinary health teams.
n

What You Will Bring

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

n

- Qualifications:



Relevant qualifications with current AHPRA registration. Post-graduate qualifications in Clinical Education or a Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE).
n
- Experience: Proven, hands-on experience working as a Clinical Educator within a hospital or healthcare environment.
n
- Work Rights: Full, unrestricted Australian Work Rights (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid full-time working visa).
n
- Availability: Commitment to Full-Time hours.
n
- Relocation: A genuine desire and readiness to relocate to regional Victoria.
