Job Description:

n

You will work autonomously as part of a growing team,



reporting directly to the General Manager.We are seeking a reliable person who possesses a broad range of practical skills to undertake general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of all areas within the building.

n

Duties will include but are not limited to:

n

n
- Technical and manual skills to ensuremaintenance standards are operating to their highest level.
n
- Ability to prioritize multiple task requests and work autonomously.
n
- Plan and assist with repairs, maintenance, and installation activities.
n
- Maintain effective working relationships with maintenance contractors and suppliers.
n
- Carry out inspections of facilities.
n
- Comply with maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
n
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to Management on request.
n
- Work closely with the other departments to achieve high-quality service, presentation, and delivery to guests.
n
- High attention to detail, exceptional time management and ability to multi-task.
n
- Ensure work, health and safety policies are adhered to.
n
- Upkeep and maintenance of safety equipment and service as per requirement.
n

The successful applicant will have:

- Knowledge of general maintenance and building repair.
n
- Tiing and paiting experince.
n
- The ability to work in a small team.
n
- To be able to carry out manual handling.
n
- To maintain a high standard of work.
n
- Awareness and understanding of current OH & S legislation.
