Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is a hands‐on role suited to candidates with previous experience operating production machinery in a fast‐paced manufacturing setting.

You will be responsible for ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and hygiene.
n Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, packaging or similar industries will be highly regarded.

n

Your duties will include:

n

Operating and monitoring food manufacturing equipment to maintain efficient production

n

Measuring, preparing and adding ingredients according to production schedules and specifications

n

Performing machine set‐ups, adjustments and changeovers as required

n

Carrying out routine quality inspections and reporting any faults or production issues

n

Accurately completing production paperwork, batch records and quality documentation

n

Following standard operating procedures, food safety regulations and hygiene requirements

n

Cleaning and maintaining production equipment and work areas to GMP standards

n

Assisting with production preparation to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing runs

n

Working collaboratively with the production team to meet daily output and quality targets

n

Maintaining a safe,



clean and organised work workplace at all times

n

We're looking for candidates who have proven experience within a fast‐paced manufacturing environment and can hit the ground running.

n

You will ideally possess:

n

A minimum of 12 months' recent experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, beverage or pharmaceutical production

n

Demonstrated experience operating, monitoring and troubleshooting production machinery

n

The ability to work from production schedules, batch sheets and manufacturing specifications

n

A sound understanding of food safety, hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

n

Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality or equipment issues and take appropriate action

n
